Reservation Policy

All prices include all additional costs such as cleaning, air conditioning and access to internet.

If you are interested in booking you must make deposit by bank transfer 30% of the total cost

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel 22 days or more before the date on which the reservation, the deposit will be refunded (minus the cost of bank transfers).

If you cancel within 21 days or less before arrival, the deposit is not refundable.
